Condo board meeting minutes template

A condo board meeting minutes template is the same job as HOA minutes with different nouns. You record unit-owner business: common elements, limited common elements, a reserve study line, a roof bid, a parking stall. You still need quorum, one sentence per motion, who moved it, and how each director voted. You do not need a second product. Rename [ASSOCIATION NAME] to the condominium association’s legal name and keep the numbers.

This is not a copy of the HOA minutes page with the word “condo” swapped in the H1. The skeleton below is labeled for a board of a condominium (or COA). If you live in a planned community of lots, use the HOA meeting minutes template instead. Same $49 Word kit either way. Google Docs opens it. Sample forms, not counsel, not a promise your declaration uses these terms.

Keep any heading your declaration requires (budget ratification, insurance, co-op vs condo labels). The lock does not change: agenda numbers = notes numbers = minutes numbers. Timed agenda: HOA board meeting agenda template — rename the association line. Method: how to write HOA minutes (eight elements still apply).

Co-ops and small nonprofits: same kit. Still not legal advice. If you are new to the office, new HOA secretary is the first-month checklist; the tasks are the same when the building has units instead of lots.
